Retail and malls
Mall installations are coordinated to the operator access window, which typically falls overnight. Tenant design manual requirements, hoarding and protection are handled as part of the scope.
A sign is only as good as the day it goes up. Access method, timing and site protection are planned during the survey, not negotiated on the morning of the install.
Access methods
The access method drives the programme, the cost and the risk assessment. Getting it wrong means a crew standing in a car park while somebody makes phone calls.
We publish and undertake only those access methods we can deliver safely with qualified personnel, approved equipment and the required certifications in place for that site. Where a method falls outside that, we say so and coordinate a qualified specialist rather than improvising.
On the day
Working around you
Retail units, malls, clinics and offices rarely tolerate a working installation during trading hours. Night-shift and out-of-hours work is normal for us, and mall operators generally require it.
Mall installations are coordinated to the operator access window, which typically falls overnight. Tenant design manual requirements, hoarding and protection are handled as part of the scope.
Interior signage and glass films installed outside working hours or in agreed phases, with dust control and protection so the floor is usable the next morning.
Installations sequenced around site operations, with permits to work, site inductions and coordination with the principal contractor or facility management team.
We install our own production and, where the specification is sound, signage produced elsewhere.
