Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site:

  • Your name, company, email address and telephone number
  • Project details — location, environment, service required, number of locations, type of work and required date
  • Your message and any file you attach
  • The page the enquiry was sent from, and the date and time

We also store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. This is used only to limit automated form abuse. It cannot be reversed back into your IP address.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a survey or quotation, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while there is an active or reasonably foreseeable commercial relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable UAE record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any point where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of essential cookies to run sessions and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Where analytics is enabled, it is used only to understand how the site is used in aggregate. The cookie notice on this site lets you decline non-essential cookies.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled hosting. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised staff, protected by individual accounts, hashed passwords and role-based permissions, and every administrative action is logged.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to us using the details on the contact page and we will respond.
