Quality and safety

Our position

Quality, safety and compliance

Signage is installed at height, carries electrical load and stays in place for years. Our quality and safety position is built around that reality rather than around a certificate on a wall.

Production runs to a documented specification with staged checks, installation is planned against a method statement and risk assessment appropriate to the access requirement, and every project is handed over with a record of what was installed and how.

This matters more than it sounds. Procurement teams check. A certification claimed and not held is worse than one not claimed at all — it costs you the tender and the relationship.

Quality in production

Where quality is actually decided

  • Material grade specified per application and exposure, not per price
  • Colour matched to a stated reference and checked against a physical sample
  • Artwork approved by the client before any production is released
  • Quality checks at fabrication stages, not only at the end
  • Illumination tested before the sign leaves the workshop
  • Installation set out and checked before final fixing
  • Photographic record and documented handover

Credentials

Certifications and registrations

Published only where the certificate has been supplied, checked and is currently valid.

No credentials are currently published.

Certifications, approvals and contractor registrations appear here only once the supporting document has been supplied to us and verified. We do not claim to hold any certification, approval or contractor status ahead of that. Where a credential is being pursued, we will describe it as in progress rather than presenting it as held.

Safety

Working at height and on live sites

Method statements and risk assessments

Prepared per project where the site, the client or the principal contractor requires them, and issued ahead of mobilisation.

Permits to work

Obtained before access, with site inductions completed and coordination agreed with facility management or the principal contractor.

Qualified access only

Working at height is undertaken with appropriate equipment and qualified personnel. Where a method exceeds our in-house scope, a certified specialist is engaged rather than the work being improvised.

Insurance certificates, safety certifications and equipment certifications are maintained and can be provided on request for prequalification and tender submissions.
