Signage maintenance and AMC
Annual maintenance contracts
Why a contract
Protect the visibility of your brand
A signage estate degrades quietly. A driver fails and half a word goes dark. A panel yellows on the south elevation while the others stay white. Vinyl on the fleet begins to lift at the edges. None of it is dramatic on any single day, and collectively it makes a brand look neglected.
An annual maintenance contract replaces reactive call-outs with a planned inspection cycle, a photographic service record and a maintained asset register for every location.
For a portfolio of sites the case is stronger still. Without a register, nobody knows how many signs exist, what they are made of, when they were installed or which ones are currently dark. Building that register is usually the most valuable part of the first year.

- LED replacement
- Driver and power-supply replacement
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Panel replacement
- Vinyl and graphic refresh
- Illumination testing
- Emergency call-outs

- Photographic service records
- Asset registers
- Scheduled maintenance reminders
How it works
Four stages, then a repeating cycle
Condition survey
Every sign in the portfolio inspected, photographed and recorded — type, materials, illumination, condition and fault history.
Asset register
A single register of what exists, where it is, what it is made of and what it will need. Yours to keep, whatever happens next.
Service schedule
An inspection cycle set against the exposure of each site, with call-out response defined separately.
Reporting
Photographic service records after every visit, and a flag ahead of anything approaching end of life.
AMC assessment
Request an AMC assessment
Tell us roughly how many signs you have and where they are. We will arrange a condition survey and come back with what a maintenance cycle would need to cover.
Worth knowing before you ask
- We will maintain signage we did not install
- Single sites and portfolios are both workable
- A condition survey comes first — no contract is proposed without one
- The asset register belongs to you, not to the contract
Fault reporting
Report a signage issue
An unlit sign, a damaged panel, lifting vinyl or a sign that has moved. Send a photograph if you can — it usually tells us whether this is a call-out or a replacement.
